Abstract
According to the law, criminal liability for publishing criminal material is primarily the responsibility of the editor-in-chief of the publication. Of course, his responsibility will not negate the responsibility of the author or other creators of the work, because there is no legal document exempting them from criminal liability. The purpose of this research is to explain the criminal liability of legal entities in political crimes in the field of the press, considering the individuality of the punishment, which, by examining the constituent elements of political and press crimes, attempts to determine the process of criminal liability arising from the aforementioned crimes. Its results show that a legal entity has an independent personality, meaning that although its consistency depends on others and it is recognized and abstracted as a personality separate from the personality of its constituents, if a crime occurs due to its negligence, it must be punished.
