Abstract
In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology with significant impact across various domains, including law. From legal data analysis to predicting judicial outcomes, AI-driven tools are revolutionizing legal practices. This paper provides a comprehensive examination of AI applications in the legal sector, analyzing its advantages, legal and ethical challenges, and future prospects within different legal systems. It further explores how digital transformation facilitated by AI contributes to transparency, efficiency, and access to justice. Additionally, the role of smart contracts, online legal platforms, and international comparisons in AI adoption is discussed, highlighting the necessity for updated legal frameworks to responsibly integrate AI technologies into the justice system.
