Jurisprudential analysis of the legitimacy of Imam Hussain's uprising from the point of view of Sunnis

Abstract
One of the issues that need to be investigated regarding the rise of Imam Hossein (a.s.) is the legality of the rise of Imam Hossein (a.s.) from the point of view of Sunnis. Unlike the Shia who consider Imam Hussain (a.s.) infallible and every word, deed, and interpretation of that Prophet as proof, the Sunnis do not believe in such a relationship with the Imam; Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the rise of Imam Hussain (a.s.) and its legality or illegitimacy from their point of view in order to clarify it. Sunnis consider the uprising of Imam Hussain (a.s.) against Yazid as permissible or not Yen (pbuh) from It has been proposed to the Sunnis, and some of them have considered it forbidden due to the necessity of blasphemy, the difference of motivation, the proof of Imamate of Imam Hussein (AS) and the mistake of Imam Hussein (AS) in his ijtihad, and another group has argued against it to two The reason for the obligatory command and the prohibition of evil and the superiority of Imam Hussain (a) over Yazid, have been considered as the justification of Imam Hussain (a) standing against Yazid. Consideration in the fundamentals of Sunni jurisprudence indicates the validity of the second point of view.
