Jurisprudence and legal review of war and corruption in the land

 After the Islamic Revolution of Iran, an effort has been made to harmonize the legal and criminal laws with the Islamic norms, especially in the field of criminal and penal laws, but due to the scope of the work and the mental background of the codifiers in the legal articles, we are faced with the ambiguity of conflict or defects. One of these legal titles in the field of criminal law is the title of war and corruption on earth, which is one of the most important crimes against the security of the nation, which is accompanied by a severe criminal reaction in Islamic law. and the Qur'an explicitly declares the punishment for it. Through this verse, in Article 183 of the Islamic Penal Code, the crime of fighting and corrupting the land is foreseen. If the security of the people takes up arms, it is a war and corruption in the world. This crime is one of the types of Hudud which Islam considers to be one of the biggest crimes and this point can be concluded from the strong reaction of the Sharia towards the perpetrator. Therefore, in this research, Baroush describes and analyzes it in order to determine the limits and components of this crime in jurisprudence. and fully explain and detail the rights.
