Abstract
One of the fixed rules and principles that govern the international relations between the individual and the Islamic country with non-Muslims is the important rule of negating the acceptance of non-Muslims' sovereignty and governorship. This principle has a very wide scope in interpreting and regulating the relations between Muslims and non-Muslims. For this reason, trying to explain this principle and its relationship with the issue of national security in Islamic countries (especially Iran) is very important. According to the jurisprudential rule of the negation of the mustache, God has not opened the way for non-Muslim influence and domination in Islamic law and law, so non-Muslims cannot dominate Muslims in any field. Therefore, according to this important principle, in the issue of national security, Islamic societies should use appropriate methods in order to prevent the endangerment of public security in Islamic countries, the way of influence and domination of the enemies of Islam and Muslims. block in Islamic countries, because in Shia jurisprudence, maintaining the Islamic system and the Islamic state, as well as its security, is an obligation.
