Abstract
Based on the principle of financial independence of spouses (absolute separation of property), a financial order has been accepted, and each spouse has complete and legal authority and will in the way of managing, regulating, using and possessing their own property. This principle is also recognized in jurisprudence and legal practice, and legal rules and jurisprudence principles indicate this issue. Regarding the recognition of valid provisions in the conflict of laws, there is a procedure based on suspension; According to this opinion, if there are external preferences, the preferred one should be accepted. Therefore, if there is a possibility of abrogation, then the general ruling should be regarded as the abrogation of the specific ruling, otherwise it is necessary to consider the special ruling as a provision of the general ruling. The research method in this article is descriptive and analytical; The main question is that; In what cases may there be a conflict between the rights of the couple regarding official property and the obligation to spend? It seems that some laws regarding dowry, alimony, and dowry have caused conflict regarding official ownership and obligation to spend. The purpose of this article is to examine the conflict between the rights of couples regarding official property and the obligation to spend.
