Abstract
The importance of transaction stability has led major legal systems to consider it unlawful to induce the party to breach the contract. For this reason, various aspects of civil liability arising from interference, including its impact on the security of transactions and individual freedoms, have been discussed and examined in detail. In Iranian law, despite the existence of jurisprudential documents prohibiting third parties from interfering, their civil liability has not been given serious attention. The reason can be attributed to its non-compliance with the conventional rules of civil liability law, such as the causal relationship. A study of foreign legal systems shows that these approaches are justified by relying on the benefit derived from third party liability. This can also be applied in domestic law, especially when conflicting transactions have become very common.
