Examining the strengths and weaknesses of the law of the 7th economic development plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the perspective of modern economy

Abstract
One of the serious challenges of the executive system of the country is the concentration in the government structure, the concentration of authority and power in the hands of the ministries and executive bodies, which leads to the slowness of doing things and the government's lack of agility, bureaucratic procedures and corruption, people's dissatisfaction, lack of Planning and decision-making has been done in a timely manner to carry out the affairs of the country's progress, many of which are related to correct economic planning, so in the present study, we will review the Law of the Seventh Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran from an economic point of view. This article has been prepared and compiled by reviewing books, articles and reliable internal websites in a scientific, promotional and analytical manner. The findings indicate that the 7th plan pays attention to popularizing the economy and reducing the role of the government in entrepreneurship and increasing the share of the cooperative and non-governmental private sector in the economy. One of the secrets of the success of the development programs in achieving their goals is the continuity and continuity of the programs with each other, which the government should pay special attention to for economic progress and growth.
