Abstract
 Nursing profession has great effects on a nurse's personality. By accepting the easy and difficult tasks of a patient, the nurse actually destroys selfishness and creates altruism in himself. Accepting tasks related to patients increases the spirit of humility and gentleness in him and removes self-esteem from him. Based on her obligation and responsibility towards the patient, the nurse tolerates him who is mixed with pain and suffering and understands all the harsh reactions of the patient because of pain. All these cases are a way for self-improvement and achievement. to human dignity and reaching the peaks of tolerance; The one that Amirul Momineen Ali, may peace be upon him, considers it very important and says: There is no dignity like meekness and tolerance. So, by taking care of patients, nurses provide their satisfaction and in the shadow of obtaining their satisfaction, they bring God's pleasure to themselves.
