Abstract
Among the cases in Islam, the highest punishment is given to the guilty person is muharibeh and corruption of the land. Because the negative impact of these crimes on the health of the individual and especially the society is very high. One of the causes and motivations of the uprising of Imam Hussein (AS) was actually the fight against the spread of corruption and corruption in Islamic societies, and the growth and expansion and corruption of the government of that time throughout the Islamic society, formed the basis for the uprising of Imam Hussein (AS) to fight It has been with all kinds of oppression and corruption in various governmental, religious, economic, cultural, social, etc. fields. Therefore, by examining the jurisprudential rule of war and corruption on earth and the motivations of Imam Hussain's uprising, we see that the role and place of this jurisprudence is very prominent in the performance and uprising of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him).
