The rule of negation of mustache and child bearing

One of the important rules of jurisprudence that has been discussed and investigated in the books of rules of jurisprudence is the rule of the negation of the mustache, according to this rule, God Almighty in Islamic laws and Sharia, does not reject any law that creates the rule of the infidel over become a Muslim, he has not forged it so that the honor and sovereignty of Islam and Muslims can be preserved by this means. Based on the verse of negation of mustache and hadith of exaltation, any kind of domination in all political, economic, cultural, etc. fields is rejected by Muslims. On the other hand, in order to prevent the domination of the infidels, Muslims must be prepared in all aspects, such as equipment, personnel, etc., to deal with treachery and enemy attacks. Therefore, one of the very important issues in the direction of negating the dominance of the enemies of Islam is the issue of increasing the number of people and the population, or having children, which is discussed in this research with a descriptive and analytical method.
