Abstract
The rule of encroachment and void has been one of the rules that have been the focus of jurists. The use of this rule in expressions (bath, ablution, prayer) has been considered. This rule has been discussed and investigated from various angles among jurists. The most important proof and proof of this rule are the most beautiful traditions of Imam Huda (a.s.). The purpose of this research is to investigate the validity of the rule of encroachment and void and to prove its validity; Because this rule has a dominant and kind of discovery from the real ruling to the evidence ruling that has been discussed during this research.
