Jurisprudential-legal analysis of criminal liability of lawyers.

In addition to their professional requirements and responsibilities, lawyers have responsibilities towards their clients and trade unions, and in case of committing crimes or violations according to the law, they have criminal responsibility and must be punished. In this research, which was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method, after examining the concepts related to the criminal responsibility of attorneys, theoretical bases such as "need to react to criminal behavior", "punish the criminal" and "ensure the rights of the victim and restore him" as The basis of the discussion has been raised. Also, in order to answer the main question of the research, do lawyers have criminal responsibility? It has been concluded that in Iran's legal system, lawyers are also criminally responsible for their crimes, and the legislator has determined the scope of this criminal responsibility, but these laws only pay attention to the aspect of punishment and intimidation of the lawyer, and from the aspect of correction and protection to crimes. Lawyers do not care.
